About the Recipe
Do you like brownies? Do you love cookies? Then you will love these brownie cookies, also called brookie!

Ingredients
230 gr - chocolate
2 - Egg
50 gr - Flour
140 gr - Sugar
60 gr - Chocolate diced into small pieces
30 gr - Butter
2.5 gr - Baking powder
Vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
Meanwhile (and while stirring and making sure the chocolate does not burn), mix the eggs, vanilla and sugar. The mixture should be slightly foamy.
Mix the flour and yeast in a small bowl.
Step 2
Pour the melted chocolate into the egg-sugar mixture. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
Then add the mixture of dry ingredients little by little. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Once the flour is well incorporated, add the chocolate diced into small squares. Mix one last time.
Step 3
Scoop out balls of dough using a rounded tablespoon.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and space them well.
Place your brownie cookies in the oven and let them cook for 8-9 minutes (may vary depending on the oven used) at 180°C or until they are firm on the outside.
Remove from the oven, place on a rack to let the moisture from the biscuits evaporate.
Tips
You can add crushed hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds to your dough if you wish.
These chocolate cookies will keep for several days in an airtight container at room temperature.
