About the Recipe
Pasta is good, salmon too. So when they come together, it’s a real treat.

Ingredients
270 g of Penne pasta
80 g smoked salmon
240 g fresh salmon
Grated parmesan
Drop of lemon juice
260 g cooking cream
1.5 shallots
Sprig of dill
A large tablespoon of well-drained capers
olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the fresh salmon into medium-sized cubes, then put it in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil to sear it and create a crust.
Then remove and reserve.
Step 2
Finely slice the shallots and place them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Brown them for 4 to 5 minutes, until they become slightly translucent.
Add the capers, lemon zest and a few drops of lemon juice.
Then add the cooking cream and the dill, bring to the boil and cook until the sauce thickens a little.
Step 3
Add the smoked salmon that you have sliced as well as the salmon that you have reserved then season with pepper and a little salt.
Step 4
Add the grated parmesan and pour the still hot pasta directly into the pan.
Continue to heat while mixing the pasta with the sauce for a minute.
Serve immediately.
