About the Recipe
Lots of freshness for this delicious tiramisu

Ingredients
15 cl of coconut milk
30 cl of coconut cream
3 eggs
250 g of mascarpone
Ladyfinger biscuits
1 Mango
100 gr of chopped fresh coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes foamy. Add the mascarpone and mix well.
Step 2
Beating egg whites. Gently incorporate them into the mascarpone preparation with a spatula, without breaking them. To book.
Step 3
Pour the coconut cream and milk into a container. Mix. Dip your biscuits in this milk then place them in the bottom of the glasses.
Peel the mango. Cut into thin slices and place a few on top of the biscuits.
Then, pour in a layer of mascarpone cream.
Dip biscuits again in coconut milk and make a layer of biscuits and mango.
Then finish with the mascarpone cream.
Step 4
Placed in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. You can then enjoy them by adding slices of mango and fresh coconut on top.
